Return & Refund Policy

At Tamima Qatar – Major Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can return items and request a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personal care item (hygiene products, etc.).
Note: Some products may have stricter return conditions due to their nature. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:
- Used or opened personal care / hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance / Final Sale items
- Gift cards or vouchers
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (or we can arrange pickup in Doha where possible).
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 7–14 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your nominated Qatari bank account.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
